The sheeting line from front to end goes as follows: It starts with
a reclaim dough conveyor, to the chunker from there to the sheeting then to
a flower sifter, two sets of rollers, flower sifter, then another
two sets of rollers, then to a flower sifter on top and bottom, then
to flower reclaim ,set of rollers, flower sifter, two sets of
rollers, final rollers, docker, cutting station, dough reclaiming ,
conveyor back to the front of the line.
